Use as a marinade for chicken (1 jar marinades 1.5kg of meat), put a couple of tablespoons into your stir fry, or turn into a lovely pourable sauce by adding natural yoghurt, creme fraiche or stock.
Mild version with a little heat. Hotter version also available.
